   Start with the intake below — your goals, what the site needs to do, the style you like and whether you have a logo. Every project starts here, so the first conversation is about your business, not a sales pitch.

   We review it and talk

   We look at what you need — a rebuild that keeps what already works is a different job from a build from scratch — then get on a call to talk it through.

   Scope and price, in writing

   You get a proposal with exactly what we’ll build and what it costs. Every build is priced after we review it; there are no one-size packages.

4. 4

   Book it with a 20% deposit

   Sign the agreement and place a 20% deposit through a secure payment link. The balance is due when the site is finished.

   Design and build

   Designed and built in-house — fast on a phone, clear on a desktop, and made to bring you leads.

6. 6

   Launch, and run it yourself

   Your site goes live on Mark Adver Group, our platform, where you update pages, publish posts and see every lead — on a monthly plan.
